Saltwater Barramundi

Wild River® Saltwater Barramundi are harvested and packed out as whole chilled fish for the Australian fresh fish market. Our quality assurance programme ensures fish are chilled rapidly to maximise shelf life for our customers. Whole fish are graded and packed in 500kg king bins with ice prior to dispatch.

 

Wild River® Saltwater Barramundi are special because they are grown in pristine saltwater in the NT where native barramundi flourish. Low stocking densities, good currents in ponds, non GMO diet and natural feed present in ponds (crabs, prawns, small fish) ensure healthy, tasty, firm textured fish.
